A diagnosis can only be made after a thorough physical exam by a veterinarian. The Pet Hospital of La Mesa cannot legally or safely prescribe medication without first examining your pet.
We provide wellness exams, vaccinations, illness and injury care, dental care, spay and neuter, parasite prevention, deworming, nutrition counseling, pet boarding, and a full-service pharmacy.
